Shipping
We generally ship orders in3-4 working days, if the product is not in stock it may take up to 4 -5 days for us to get back in stock.
Customizations of MDF/ acrylic will take approx 4-5 days to make and depending on your location the product will reach to you in 2-7 business days Reshipping charges are to be paid by the customer if the parcel is not received due to unavailability at the time of delivery.
The standard shipping charges depend on weight and dimension of the product after packing. We only make use of reliable courier companies and/or Speed Post. We are not liable for any delays in delivery by the Courier Company/ Speed Post or on account of any factors that cannot be controlled by us. We shall strive to ensure timely delivery of your order within the estimated time as mentioned in the order confirmation.
In the unlikely event that delivery is not possible for any reasons beyond the control, including but not limited to poor courier services in delivery area, inaccessibility of delivery area, force major events as laid out hereinafter, we shall keep you informed of such inability to deliver and cancel your order, followed by complete refund.
Cancellations
Requests for cancellations of orders once placed on www.harshresinstore.com shall not be entertained. If at all we have to accept any cancellation there would be a charge of 10% of the total amount (excluding shipping amount) of the order as restocking fees. Refund will only be processed through Store Credit. Cancellations have to be made within (maximum) 2 Hours of placing an order. For cancelling your order, you will have to get in touch with our Customer Support Team by sending an email giving your Order Number.
Refund or Exchange
Harsh Resin Store does not provide the option to refund or exchange the product once purchased. The exact size and colour are mentioned to avoid the need to exchange the product, so check images and read description before purchasing. Furthermore, the Quality Check team checks each product to ensure it does not have any defects. However, in case of any manufacturing defect, damaged item in transit or missing item in order, you can register a complaint by sending us an email at harshresinstore@gmail.com we will initiate the refund after complete investigation.
Returns Policy
We are proud that all our shipments go through 2 levels of inspection before packing and dispatch. The likelihood of damage is very small. However, in case there is any damage, here’s how you can get a replacement:
Products will be replaced only in case of a manufacturing defect or damage due to transportation. Replacement will not be made in cases of damage due to normal wear and tear, incidental damage due to malfunctioning of product, and negligence on part of the customer.
If you are eligible for a replacement, you may notify us within 24 hours from the date of delivery and ship the product back to us for replacement.
Before confirming an exchange, we would require proof of a defect in the product in the form of an unboxing video, while the product is still in its packaging.
In case the product you have returned is out of stock, we will provide you with a credit note equal to the value of the product you purchased. The credit note will be sent to you via email and can be used to purchase anything of that value from the online store within three months.
The exchange policy is not applicable for any consumable item which has been used or installed, products with tampered or missing serial numbers, any damage / defect not covered under the manufacturer's warranty. The policy is also not applicable on any product returned without all original packaging and accessories, manufacturer's packaging if any, and all other items originally included with the product(s) delivered. Please ensure the item(s) are packed securely to prevent any damage during transit.
